Salina : Kansas

The City of Salina is located in north central Kansas, near the geographic center of the contiguous United States. The community derives its name from Spanish for “salt”. Kansas City, Missouri and Wichita, Kansas are 180 and 95 miles away, respectively, via the direct access of these two highways. Denver is 425 miles to the west. It is the eighth-largest city in Kansas and one of the largest wheat producing areas of the world.
